Washroom & dry toilet. Outdoor hot shower & portable tub. Alternative Solar Energy. All you need to bring are yourselves and your own Linens & towels. Everything else is here. Linens and Towels are available @ $30 per two people.

Rates: Per Day-$200 (double occupancy) + 5% tax.
Additional persons - $30 per night.
2 nights minimum stay.
3 nights minimum on long weekends.

Security Deposit: 50%
Linens and Towels $30 per bed for two people.
Cleaning Fee $100.
Rental Season: Year Round.

If you cancel prior to 30 days before your first nights stay, we will refund your full deposit amount.
If you cancel within 30 days prior to your first nights stay, there will be NO refund of your deposit.
