Each of the 3 larger bedrooms has a queen bed. One of the smaller bedrooms has bunk beds and there is one double bed in the 5th bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms. Exterior

With 825 feet of lakefront, towering white pines and a multitude of lake views, you'll enjoy walks on charming trails to many of your favourite spots on the property. For children this place is heaven. There's lots of room to run, various spots to explore, a bunkie to play in (and perhaps have an overnight using its two single beds) tree house overlooking the lake and the beautiful, extensive sandy beach/shoreline area. The water quality and clarity of the lake is exceptional with its water source coming from pristine lakes near the Algonquin Park area. The swimming is great at the south-facing beach area beside the main docks with shallow, sparkling-clear water, a shore with hard-packed sand underfoot, so you can wade out gradually with great comfort. Or dive off the dock straight into deeper water. This area of the property is a great spot to launch the adult kayaks or the canoe for a simple, quiet morning paddle or to explore parts of the lake. Then just relax on teak loungers at the main docks. The dock shed holds all the waterfront equipment such as life jackets, kids' kayaks, noodles, the fishing rods and a bar fridge for cold drinks. So, items for waterfront comfort and fun are right at hand. The hammocks at three different spots, which have wonderful lake views and lake breezes will be favourite destinations for a nap or sinking into a good book. This traditional Muskoka-style wood-siding cottage has three exterior decks and faces down length of Kawagama Lake.
