2 story cottage located just outside Orillia in a rural area. Cottage is directly on water with boat house and dock. Water is clear and clean, bottom is sandy and great for kids. Shallow for kids to play in - very safe. cottage has large upstairs master bedroom with balcony out to Lake side. Beautiful view. 2 pce bathroom upstairs, 4 pce downstairs. Windows and deck on lake side. Natural Gas BBQ (no fear of running out of Propane!) Paddle boat and windsurfer available for use.
