Kozy Kottage on Betty’s Bay is the perfect summer retreat for small families or intimate groups of friends. The bay offers great fishing, quick and easy access to the main body of Sturgeon Lake and endless possibilities of the Trent Severn Waterway. Beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets with an abundance of water fowl to watch and relax the day away. The cottage is recently renovated and is clean, comfortable and a source of pride for the owner family. Drink your morning coffee on the deck and watch the lake wake up and enjoy your BBQ dinner and camp fire to end your day. What you do in the middle is up to you! A flat screen TV along with unlimited WiFi complement your quiet times.

Property is relatively flat for walking – 4 stairs take you up to the front door and 4 stairs gets you to ground level off the large deck in the front yard (bay side)
Dock 20’ x 10’ runs across the length of the property on the bay and 4 feet deep at the end of the dock
Decks: small deck at the back of the Kottage, large deck 30’ x 12’ on the front of the Kottage
Waterfront: 30 feet
Very clean water – however the bay has a very silty bottom that makes standing challenging
Can be weedy at the height of the summer
Walk-in is muddy and silty at the cottage
Water shoes recommended
Sandy beach and swim area for children is a short walk from the cottage past the marina on Long Beach Road. Very clean and has mixed sandy and rocky bottom
Play areas for children in the front yard near dock
Very beautiful views of the water and the bay
Neighbourhood is relatively quiet, a mix of older yearly residents in area
Cottages all around the bay
Bayside tree provides much needed shade from the summer sun

A 50% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking (preferred method is Interac e-Transfer).
Outstanding balance + $500.00 damage deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
The damage deposit will be returned to you by Interac e-Transfer upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate (within 7 business days).
Cleaning service (if requested): $100.00
