"Our cottages are close to the beach and are close to Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, and Buffalo NY. It is literally across the lake from Sherkston shores. Our beach is a smaller version, and a quieter version of Wasaga Beach only 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, 25 minutes from Niagara on the Lake, and about 10 minutes from Buffalo. And best of all you have your own privacy, no hotel lobbies, people banging on the walls, jumping on the ceilings. Privacy !!!

Quiet neighbourhood with a playground park just a 1 minute walk away. Great BBQ and chicken wings place 1 min walk. Beer store and shopping grocery store 3 min drive away. Many bike paths, routes in area......Crystal Beach does not allow dogs/pets on beach, however there is a dog only beach area right beside. Please check with city if open due to covid. Crystal Beach beach for dogs, animals.

A Rental form must be completed ,dated, and signed BY ALL RENTERS to confirm reservation. A signed and dated Page 5 of form must be sent to owner.......... on arrival day via text message or email (photo of form page 5) .................to gain key code box access and the key to the property
Cancellations Policy:
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
