The cottage has 7 bedrooms and three full washrooms. The entire cottage features a South-Western Navaho decor, including a Cigar Store Indian. It has a large open concept dining/living room and large kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, along with all the appliances you'd expect (coffee maker, toaster...). There are also two bedrooms and a 4-piece washroom on the main floor.
The second floor of the cottage features a large loft overlooking the dining/living room area, complete with its own 4-piece ensuite. The lower level features four bedrooms, a family room, and another 4-piece washroom, with a walk out to the screened-in porch.

Exterior
The cottage is located on Sandy lake, one of the most exclusive lakes in the Kawarthas. It is a spring fed lake that is very shallow, and has a white sand/silt bottom. When the sun is up, the lake looks like the Caribbean! The water front is smooth granite, flowing into the shallow water. There is a large dock on the shore, and a 10' X 10'floating swim platform out in the lake.
We have two very large decks facing the lake. One on the main floor, off the kitchen, and the other on the lower level, off the screened in porch. There is also a large fire-pit for roasting marshmallows under the summer stars. The property is beautifully landscaped with native plants, hostas, and geraniums.
