3 bedroom 2 bathroom four season waterfront home located on Cameron Lake with stunning clean water and sunrise views. Great for swimming, fishing and boating. Conveniently located only 1.5 hrs from the GTA & directly off of HWY 35. The quaint town of Fenelon Falls can be easily accessed from the cottage by boat or a short 5 minute drive. Additional amenities are only 15 minutes away in the town on Lindsay.

Within close proximity and access to the Kawartha Rail Trail for hiking, biking, ATV & snowmobile riding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Golf Course and Marina are only a few minutes drive away. For boating & canoeing/kayaking enthusiast, Cameron Lake is directly connected to the Burnt River & is part of the greater Trent Canal system. Balsam Lake Provincial Park is less than 30 minutes away via car & can also be reached via boat. Great winter stopover for snowmobile and ice fishing enthusiasts.

Amenities: Upper main floor consists of two spacious bedrooms, one washroom, living room, kitchen and laundry. Lower level walkout basement includes one bedroom, one washroom & living room. Comfortably sleeps 8 people (1 Queen Bed in each of the upper level bedrooms & 2 Double Beds in the lower level bedroom). A flat screen TV is provided in the lower level living area with Netflix & unlimited wireless internet. Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans & Keurig coffee machine. Basic bed linens & towels are supplied. Residence includes central air conditioning and is fully winterized with a furnace and wood stove. Housekeeping services are not available.

Respectfully, we prefer families or individuals who are seeking a relaxing and serene getaway. Pets, large parties, and events are prohibited. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly area with neighboring year round residential properties. Principal occupant at the time of check in must be at least 21 years of age.

Rental Rates

Peak Season:
Weekly rental $2500. (July & August)
Last minute weekend rental $1000 (July & August)

Off-Peak Season:
Weekly rental $1,750
Weekend Rental $800

A 25% reservation deposit is required at time of reservation to ensure cottage is held for you (preferred method is Interac e-transfer). Outstanding balance + $500.00 damage deposit is due 7 days prior to checking in. The damage deposit will be returned to you by Interac e-Transfer upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate (within 2 business days). If any items are damaged, then the damage deposit will be used to cover the costs of the items damaged.

House Rules & Cancellations

Check in 4 Pm (Flexible). Check out 11 Am (Flexible).
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

No parties allowed. No pets. No smoking inside the house.
