Breakfast at Tiffany’s vacation home is a lovely getaway for those who appreciate luxury, sunsets and a place where friends can enjoy time together. Just a short one and a half hour drive from Toronto, this five-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury vacation home is located on Tiffin Bay, in Midland, part of gorgeous Georgian Bay. The cottage offers a view over the bay where you can watch cruise ships passing by while enjoying a soak in the outdoor hot tub.

This lovely vacation home is in a spectacular location with the conveniences of local shops and exceptional dining within a five minute drive to the cottage. The Explorers Cafe is a favourite among locals for its unique, mouth-watering meals. Mom's Restaurant is everything you hope for and more with great breakfast and a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. For on-the-water dining visit the Boathouse Eatery, it has great food and live music!

Interior

The main living room, dining room and kitchen area are in open concept style perfect for a group to spend time together, whether listening to music, watching their favourite sports team on TV or preparing a splendid meal.

The large eight person dining table is the hub of this beautiful cottage and perfect for entertaining. The dining, living room and master bedroom all have a great views of the waterfront. The master bedroom has a king bed with a luxurious ensuite that features a jetted tub.

On the other side of the main floor, are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. These bedrooms have queen beds. Another bedroom has a set of bunkbeds singles on the top and bottom and a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is very spacious and offers a queen bed.

Exterior

This space is ideal for family get-togethers, barbeques, and shared meals on the upper level patio or on the ground floor patio which opens onto the games room.

Set in an established neighbourhood, the 16km Tay Cycling and Walking Trail runs by the cottage, and all along the shoreline, complete with rest stops and common areas for sitting and taking in the view. Four adult bikes and helmets are provided. Across the trail, approaching the bay is a set of stairs leading down to the dock with a large waterside deck for lounging, tanning and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings.

On the upper level patio, off the dining area there are comfortable outdoor chairs and table for dining, to enjoy on a beautiful summer’s eve.

A lovely feature of this cottage is its natural elegance and comfort. Upstairs is terrific for formal entertaining, while downstairs there is the games room, with a ping-pong table, games and TV. This simply splendid cottage has something for everyone. Including a hot tub on the main level patio - looking out to Georgian Bay.

Spend a day touring the local attractions. Within a 10 minute drive is the Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre which offers 3,000 acres of conservation wetlands and woodlands. This year-round park has on-going activities for the entire family including trails for walking, biking or skiing.
For a unique experience, visit Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, this historical village offers guests a chance to see what earliest Canadian pioneer life was like. Continuing on, you will want to visit Ontario's only national shrine, the Martyrs' Shrine, which attracts pilgrims from all over the world.

There is the Tay Shore Trail , which is a fully paved rail trail winding its way along the southern shore of Georgian Bay from Midland to Waubaushene with a spur to Port McNicoll. Some great vistas and a ride through history with interpretive nature signs along the route. This multi-use trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail and perfect for the whole family.
Looking for other fun outdoor activity? Within a 15 minute drive you will come to three golf courses and over 20 municipal parks!

WINTER ACTIVITIES:
Downhill Skiing is available within a 20 min. drive from Breakfast at Tiffany's at Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Hill. Just under a 30 min. drive is another great option for downhill skiing at Horseshoe Valley Ski Hill. Check out the OCR Specials & Packages page for winter promotions.

Mountain View Cross Country Ski Trails has approximately 35kms of groomed cross-country ski trails for all levels. Ski rentals are available onsite.

Midland is a great place to enjoy snowmobiling. It is part of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) District 8, offering groomed trails that lead to thousands of kilometers of trails connecting northern and southern Ontario. Trail Map
