This property has fresh renovations and all new furniture and is 500 Ft from Georgian Bay's most desirable Beach, Blue Water Dunes. The Beach is sandy and as close as you can get to the Caribbean. This cottage boast all new Furniture and is open for rental starting July 18th 2015.

High Season: (July/Aug) Pricing is $35000.00 per week for up to 8 Guests and $125.00 per person up to a max of 16 ppl. (Rental periods are Sunday to Sunday)
Mid Season Pricing: (from May Long weekend to July & Sept to Thanksgiving) $1700.00 per week and $1700.00 for weekends for up to 8 Guests. Additional guest are $100/week or $50/weekend per person up to a max of 16 ppl.
Off Season Pricing: (Oct 16th, 2011 to May 4th, 2012) $1400.00 per week and $700.00 for weekends for up to 8 Guests. Additional guest are $100/week or $50/weekend per person up to a max of 16 ppl.
New Years Eve is $2500.00 based on 8 people and $75.00/pp for each additional guest
Labour Day & Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Family day long-Weekend is $1600 based on 8 people and $75.00/pp for each additional guest (4 days)
Extra guests Off-season: $50.00 person/weekend or $100/week
Extra guests Mid-season (June to the end of Sept): $75/person/weekend or $100/person/week.
Extra guests during High season (July/Aug): $125/person/week.
Extra guests on any Long weekends $75/person/weekend
Extra nights can be added for $200 each.
Cleaning and Linen service is provided and required for all guests at an additional cost of $175. ($50 extra for each pets)
