The new Boathouse Lodge incorporates 3 floors with Victorian roof lines and spectacular views of Big Bald Lake through 12 ft glass sliding doors from your living room and a wonderful view of the moraine from your back deck. The South Suite on the second floor offers a 4 star 1,000 square feet suite featuring a large principal room with double sofa bed in the living room, 1 bedroom and a kitchenette. All suites are equipped with air conditioning, heat and a BBQ.

Angelfire Buckhorn is like a mini resort, there are 5 beautiful renovated cottages & large boat house, all with plenty of space, all available for rent. The cottages are clean and offer privacy. 4 of the cottages have an extra queen size bed (Murphy). All of the cottages have well-equipped kitchens for any number of additional friends and family. There is free wifi on site, however we recommend only using it for things such as : streaming music, checking emails, browsing the web. Video and movie streams aren't always possible to use. However, we do offer a large selections of DVD’s & video cassettes that can be borrowed for the duration of your stay! The lake is relatively warm & easy to navigate. We offer access to 3 kayaks, 2 canoes, 2 rowboats & 1 pedal boat! If your up for it, you can even make your way (through the water) to the big rock, where plenty of daredevils jump off (not dive) into the lake! if that's not for you, you can head on over to the nearby provincial park for a river swim (like Sandy Lake beach).
