You will love the water front view from the large open concept kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room. The large bright kitchen is well equipped, complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. A modern stainless steel Napoleon gas BBQ is conveniently located on the large deck located off of the dining room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed; the second larger bedroom sleeps 5 (having two sets of bunk beds: one single over single, and one single over double). All beds are new with pillow-top mattresses. In the lower floor games room, there is a lazy-boy queen size sofa bed with an air bed pillow-top mattress. Each bedroom has a dresser and loads of closet space. While the cottage is available to groups no larger than 8, it is set-up to sleep up to 11 people comfortably (additional charges would apply).

There are two large bathrooms, one on each floor. Each equipped with sink, toilet and either a bath or shower.

After a fun day out of doors, or for those rainy days, enjoy the indoors with a game of pool, darts, puzzles and board games. A new flat screen T.V. and DVD player are available for your viewing. If you prefer a quieter time, curl up in front of the wood burning stove with a good book. The lower level has a walk out to the yard and waterfront, (an amazing scenic view).

From the well equipped kitchen, the pillow-top beds to the games room complete with a pool table, this cottage screams comfort and fun!

Situated on 1.5 acres. The property is beautifully treed and landscaped with natural rock gardens. The waterside front lawn gently slopes to a large level grassy area perfect for badminton, lawn darts, horse shoes or an ‘all out’ game of touch football. There is a large fire pit great for those cool summer nights and roasting marshmallows. 580’ of water frontage with a shallow, gradual entry and a hard packed sandy bottom and sandy beach is perfect for families with young children.
