INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage has 3 bedrooms. There are 3 queen beds; 2 single beds and a pullout couch in the living room. The living room has A/C, cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and walks out to a large deck with patio furniture. Bathroom has recently been upgraded with cedar walls, ceramic floors, new shower, vanity etc.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The backyard is treed and has a BBQ, 3 picnic tables and a firepit.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Wasaga Beach has 14 miles of white sandy beach. There are seadoo rentals, fishing charters, golf, go-carts, mini-golf, waterslides available, restaurants and nightly entertainmment. For overseas guests, YYZ Toronto Airport is 1.5 hours, and Toronto has Wonderland, Royal Ontario Museum, Metro Zoo all available in one day excursion. Just 45 minutes to Midland or Penatnguishene there are 30 Thousand Islands cruises for 2.5 hours, 3 times daily in the summer.
