Atlantic Ave. Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom have access to a very large private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. The SandDollar Condo is Family oriented, not a party building.

BUILDING has Security System, Central Smoke Alarms/Sprinklers System, 2 Elevators, 2 Saunas, Oceanfront Pool Deck with Heated Pool and Hot Tub, fully Equipped Exercise Room, and secure Underground Parking for one Car with 7' Door. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants in Diapers or Swimmies are not allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub.

UNIT has Electronic Air Purification, Central AC/Heat, 4 Telephones/Answering System/FREE HIGH SPEED DSL CONNECTION, Ceiling Fans throughout and a Computer size Guest Safe for your valuables.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM has Queen Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Recliner, Dining Table/4 Chairs, Breakfast Bar/2 Stools, 27" Remote Control TV/Cable, DVD/VCR Player, Stereo CD Player/AM-FM Radio, and DVD, VHS, & CD Library.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $840 to $1,190, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are higher. $60 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5% Florida Tax will be added to the Rental Rate.

$200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 5% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 10% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
