SPECIAL FEATURES

Location: Colpoy's Bay - 3 minute drive from Wiarton and 25 minute drive from Sauble Beach.

Sit on the wrap around deck that has a wrought iron railing to keep children safe.

Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn with the privacy of cedar hedges, this property is on a hill overlooking the bay. There is an outdoor fire-pit for those evening bonfires.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a Jacuzzi tub, with high end in appliances and furnishings, a large screen television and two other sets and regulation size slate pool table. There are two natural gas fireplaces to add to your enjoyment. Floors are all Maple hardwood or imported ceramic tile.

Master bedroom is 22 by 14 feet with windows over looking Georgian Bay. It has a four piece en suite with a jacuzzi tub. There is also a 32 inch color television with a satellite connection. The three large bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a double and a single bed. The long table in the dining area will seat 10 easily. There is a full bath on each of the three floors.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There is deeded access to the water 500 meters away. There is also a boat launch and diving raft there.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Sandy Sauble beach is 25 minutes away. There is fishing on Georgian Bay and plenty of caves to explore on the Bruce Peninsula. There are also numerous ship wrecks to explore nearby, one directly across the bay from the chalet.
