Beautiful open concept custom built cottage located on huge lot. Great custom built 3,000 sq ft home in a quiet secluded are just a block away (2 minute walk) from prime sandy Allenwood Beach which has clean sandy beach with the shallow entry to the lake and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. If you prefer main beach its only 5km away.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This cottage has that open concept feeling with large foyer to family room to dining nook & kitchen with patio door to deck & private back yard. Home also has dining area,2 pc bath, bdrm/ + master drm w/6pc ensuite on main level. 2nd level has 3 bdrms w/2-4pc ensuites. 50" big screen TV and DVD player(please bring your own DVDs). Hardwood floors throughout, marble and granite in the kitchen, jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Cottage can comfortably sleep 10 to 12 people in 5 bedrooms(5 queen size beds).

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Huge deck in the back and a very private back yard for all of your BBQ needs. A lot of space for parking.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

5-10 minute drive away you will find YMCA, Real Canadian Superstore, LCBO, Tim Horton's, Shoppers, Pizza Depot, Subway, Canadian Tire, Wal Mart etc Wasaga Beach has biking/hiking trails, golf, fishing, boat/seadoo launch at the Marina, a water park, stores, restaurants, the BEST Candy store anywhere, and lots of shopping. There is even a drive-in movie theatre. All of these just minutes drive from the cottage.

RATE INFORMATION

****Openings available from September 18*** June-Sept Full Week $1,500 CDN. July to Sep Regular Weekends = $1,200. June regular weekends = $1,100 (please inquire about long weekend rates and availability). No pets. No smoking in the cottage. MAXIMUM 12 PERSONS. This is our family cottage. Families and couples preferred. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals. It must be paid upon reservation. It will be returned (without interest) within 14 days following the end of your cottage rental period provided nothing is broken or damaged. For more pictures please click here.
