This is a beautiful and totally private one of a kind 3500 sq ft Ipperwash cottage that was completely rebuilt in 2005.It is fully winterized and can be used as a winter weekend hideout It has 6 bedrooms / two full kitchens. There is over 200 ft of beachfront that is all yours on the most private section of Ipperwash beach


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The first floor has 4 bedrooms /kitchen /living room/ sun room looking out over lake Huron. The upstairs has a vaulted great room with a huge kitchen and sitting area that leads out onto a huge deck overlooking Lake Huron . This cottage has late model furnishings including a yamaha baby grand piano .... complete hardwood through upper story. The two Master bedrooms [upper and lower] have on suite bathrooms and another 2 bathrooms on the upper and lower floors
